Between the hours of 10am - 7pm (CDT, GMT-5), Monday - Friday, ticket response time is 24 - 48 hours. After hours response time can be anywhere between 48 - 60, and up to 72 hours over the weekend. We aren't machines, which means we've got to sleep sometime! :) Thank you in advance for your understanding.
